Rule 44
Using a weapon on a prisoner or prisoner who is about to escape
If any prisoner or prisoner of the prison tries to escape by knocking on the door or climbing the wall or breaking down or starting a mine or in any other way, if he is about to do so, he should be arrested immediately if he tries to use a weapon, stick, etc. Depending on the situation, any weapon can be used to prevent escape. If he dies while doing so, the person who uses the weapon will not be punished.
